कूपन की जाँच वसुधा केन्द्रों के जिम्मे

We (VLE) got online PDS coupon scanning work from this month. But CSC facing online speed problem. At present this scanning work is doing through V-set. V-set is having very slow speed but coast is very high like Rs. 01.50/mb. Mean much costly. Govt should know that VLE gets only 00:04 paisa/ Coupon to online scan. Therefore government of Bihar should try to provide BSNL Wi-max (CSC) system to achieve the internet speed. Government should also realize about the scanning rate which currently we are getting.
